Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
At Holistic Health and Massage, we are committed to providing exceptional service while respecting the time and dedication of our valuable clients and therapists. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients and efficiently manage our therapists’ schedules.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. We appreciate your understanding that our therapists dedicate their time and expertise to each scheduled appointment.
Appointment Rescheduling: Clients who cancel their appointments with more than 24 hours’ notice may reschedule for another available time slot at their convenience, subject to therapist availability.
Late Arrival: We kindly ask clients to arrive punctually for their scheduled appointments to ensure the full duration of their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
Emergencies and Special Circumstances: In case of unforeseen emergencies or special circumstances, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements.
